Christopher Oluwabunmi Afolabi was born and raised by his late parent Venerable S. O and Mrs. F. B Afolabi of Iyin Ekiti. I had my elementary and secondary school in Ekiti, Osun and Oyo state due to the nature of my father’s calling as a pastor and missionary.

I later further my education at St. Andrew’s college of Education, Oyo and graduated with honors in 1992. I was involved in teaching in couple of secondary school before I left Nigeria in 1998 for United States of America.

With the geographical and cultural change, I decided to change my course of study from Education Guidance and Counselling to Management Information System which led me to attend WCCCD, University of Michigan and Walsh College where I obtain my Associate, Bachelor and master’s in Business Administration respectively.

I am blessed with a wonderful wife and four children. I currently work as a senior Software and System analyst for the federal government I served as the keyboardist for RCCG Winner’s Chapel for over 14 years before I moved to RCCG Destiny chapel where I currently serve as the church keyboardist base on the need of the church and where I believe God wanted me to serve now.

I love to give back to God who has helped me to overcome more challenges of life. I love to teach the little that I know in music to other and guide them on how to play keyboard or trumpet without any charges.

I am looking forward to that day when I will openly sing the popular song “Amazing grace how sweet thy sound …….was blind but now I see”.
